We have fully qualified professional contractors who maintain our properties. For example our annual Gas Safety checks are carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.

responsive repairs

If we are made aware of any repairs we will instruct our contractors to carry out the required repairs in a timely manner. We will also undertake an annual tenancy check to catch up with our tenants, identify any repairs and will arrange to have them completed to maintain our properties to a high standard.

EICRs

Under the new regulations, private landlords are required to ensure that:

The electrical safety standards are met during any period when the residential premises are occupied under a specified tenancy, and every electrical installation is inspected and tested at regular intervals by a suitably qualified person (regular intervals means at intervals of no more than five years).

All new and existing tenancies will receive an EICR, and every 5 years thereafter.

We carry out viewings, full tenant referencing checks, signing of the tenancy agreement and placing the deposit into the Deposit Protection Service to comply with government legislation.
